What is a domain name?
A domain name is the unique name you will choose to be on the URL to your website, for example if the business name is Supa Scripts we can choose it to be our domain name 'www.supascripts.com'.
You don't have to choose your name or business name, it can be something else to do with yourself or your business or it can even be something completely different all together! It's really up to you. But it can prove to be a difficult task to find a good domain name because lots of them have been taken already. Then you need to decide whether you want your web site URL to end with .com, .co.uk, and so on.
There are many domain name lookup web sites where you can do a domain name search for available domain names.
Unfortunately there are no such things as free domain names, so you will have to pay extra for domain name registration.
